Let's Make You Merry

I created this piece for my company's advent calendar. The final piece actually has numbers across it that count down to Christmas.

The various elements of the piece were painted using Brushes on my iPad. I worked off of pre-existing illustrations that I still had in Brushes, and just added snow, leaves, ornaments, Christmas clothes, etc. Elements were brought together in Photoshop after they were redrawn in high resolution using Brushes Viewer.

  1. Great Joey. Thanks for telling the process too. I like the little dude with the hologram (is that a hologram)? The square format also reminds me of a record album.

  2. Thanks John. Yeah, it's something like a hologram. It's just something abstract to get the point across that he's designing a website.
